1. Definitions

Throughout this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "phkkk" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at phkkk.cam, operated under a valid PAGCOR license.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered or is accessing a phkkk account.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on phkkk.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game, event, or outcome available on phkkk.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or incentive awarded by phkkk to a Player.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required of all Players prior to withdrawal of funds.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory body overseeing legal gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phkkk in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept this Agreement in full, together with the phkkk Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These terms apply to all Players accessing phkkk from any location, including but not limited to Metro Manila, Cebu City, Davao City, Makati, Quezon City, and all other parts of the Philippines.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to phkkk is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gambling in the Philippines.
2. You are accessing phkkk from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of phkkk or any of its affiliated companies.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from phkkk or any related platform.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Players located in Restricted Jurisdictions are not permitted to open or use a phkkk account. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing phkkk is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money features on phkkk, you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and truthful information. phkkk reserves the right to refuse any application for registration at its sole discretion.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phkkk account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide valid identification details matching a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence).
• Complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Notify phkkk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Promptly update your account details if any registered information changes.

phkkk shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security or from the provision of false registration information.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

phkkk supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency options.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• phkkk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within one (1) minute. Bank transfer deposits may take up to three (3) business hours.

5.2 Withdrawals

• All withdrawal requests require the Player to have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
• phkkk targets same-business-day processing for verified accounts. Processing times may vary during peak periods or regulatory review.
• phkkk reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time cashouts.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, phkkk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Players who have self-excluded or who are in breach of these Terms are not eligible.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• phkkk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings obtained through irregular play or suspected abuse.
• Players may not combine multiple bonuses unless explicitly permitted in the relevant promotion terms.
• Depositing solely to collect a bonus without genuine play intent may be considered bonus abuse at phkkk's discretion.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phkkk — including live dealer titles from Playtech, slot machines, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the phkkk help section.

• phkkk uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games, ensuring outcomes are random and independently audited.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game display and the phkkk server records, the server record shall be deemed definitive.
• Technical malfunctions void all related game rounds. Any stakes placed during a technical failure will be refunded to the Player's account.
• phkkk reserves the right to void bets placed on any event where there is evidence of match-fixing, fraud, or integrity concerns.
• Live sports odds are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed by the system. The odds at the time of confirmation shall apply.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phkkk and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one (1) phkkk account per individual.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in any game mode where collusion may influence outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches rather than reporting them to phkkk support.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or KYC.
• Accessing phkkk from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagering has taken place.

9. Suspension & Termination

phkkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is accessing phkkk from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Request by a competent regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.

Upon termination for cause, phkkk may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, genuine funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on phkkk — including but not limited to the brand name "phkkk", logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of phkkk or its licensed content partners.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access phkkk solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phkkk content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any phkkk software.
• Use phkkk branding or trademarks in any manner likely to cause confusion or suggest an official association.

11. Limitation of Liability

phkkk provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phkkk expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

phkkk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by events beyond phkkk's reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, force majeure, third-party payment provider failures).

12. Privacy & Data

phkkk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the phkkk Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering with phkkk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and marketing purposes (where you have provided separate consent). You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

13. Responsible Gaming

phkkk is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and our own internal standards, phkkk offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Timers: Receive automatic alerts when you have been playing continuously for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phkkk operates under a valid PAGCOR license and is subject to applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any escalation to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

15. Amendments

phkkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, phkkk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on their account.

Continued use of phkkk following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you must cease using phkkk immediately and request account closure through the 24/7 Live Chat.

phkkk aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. In the event a resolution cannot be reached directly, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaint channels.
